Blues album are best when they recorded live. It gives the musicians a chance to work on the different instruments and not try to focus on the 3 1/2 minute. The playing is outstanding as is the sound quality. Albert King along with Peter Green are by far my top favorite pure blues guitarist. This album is not as good as the Thursday night, simply based on the fact that Thursday had Stormy Monday. The pair together makes a great 2 CD set for a live performance of one of the greats.
