The Night Walker Dreams have been a recurring theme in film from its earliest years, but in director William Castle's hands the question of what dreams mean becomes a terrifying story of the line between fantasy and reality in The Night Walker (1964). Barbara Stanwyck, in her final feature film, stars as a woman haunted by dreams of an imaginary lover dreams that increase in intensity after her husband dies. Robert Taylor co-stars as the attorney determined to help her solve the mystery. Dark Intruder While most famous for his later work in comedy, Leslie Nielsen had a long career as a leading man in a variety of genres, including horror. Dark Intruder (1965) stars Nielsen as an Occult expert who is brought in by police to help solve a series of murders in which a mystical statue is left at each crime scene. Nielsen is on the case, until he discovers the mysterious connection between the victims in this gothic horror tale.
